PROJECT SURVEYOR

This candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience presently performing at a similar level.  Ongoing experience in managing and coordinating all phases of surveying and mapping projects, including control and boundary surveys, research title report analysis, ALTA/ACSM requirements, map preparation process, map approval procedure and processing requirements is required.  Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients and co-workers, meet deadlines and daily commitments through the effective use of all available resources provided by the firm 

As a Project Surveyor the candidate will need to organize, supervise and review the work of others by possessing excellent organizational, coordination, managerial, verbal communications, and people skills.  Candidate must be proficient in using AutoCAD and LDD;  or Civil 3D. Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Knowledge of Cyclone, Cloudworx and other 3D software is a plus.   A California Land Surveyor license is required, or the ability to obtain one within one year and possess a valid California driver’s license.
