Mollenhauer Group, is pleased to announce the opening of a new UK branch based in the City of Bath, a designated UNESCO world heritage site. Mollenhauer Group Ltd will focus on 3D surveying, in particular land and measured building surveying, laser scanning, 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The venture will build on the growth of the 3D surveying division in the US, where the teams’ skills have been integral in a range of prestigious projects providing crucial accurate measurement services for recordation, redesign and redevelopment. Mollenhauer’s 3D Surveying team has over 20 years experience of measured building surveying utilizing the most up to date technology, in particular laser scanning technology. The team has a professional, client orientated work ethic and use their experience to streamline overall cost and design efficiency. The group has been involved in measuring and modeling complex structures for a wide variety of clients, including architects, property developers, urban planners, structural engineers, cultural heritage specialists and facility managers. The new office is being operated under the direction of two qualified survey professionals. The geomatics expertise provided by the experienced team will offer cost effective and innovative solutions drawing on knowledge of digital data capture, management and modeling.
